We monitor your rental contracts, phone and mobile contracts, internet contracts, utilities, insurance, and any other recurring contracts with termination periods. You upload contracts once, and we track renewal dates and notice deadlines throughout your time in Austria.

Contract Upload:

You provide your contracts when you sign them. We enter termination dates, notice periods, and renewal terms into our legal tech system.

Monitoring and Alerts:

We monitor deadlines and send you timely alerts before termination periods approach. You’ll know exactly when action is required and which contracts need attention.

Plan Changes:

If you extend your stay in Austria or change departure plans, we update your contract tracking accordingly.

Austrian contracts don’t forgive missed deadlines. One missed termination date can mean paying for an apartment for 12 more months after you’ve left Vienna, or being locked into phone contracts you no longer need. With our contract management, you receive timely alerts so you never miss a deadline.

When it’s time to leave Austria, our Departure Services guide you through the actual termination process for each contract.
