Who Qualifies

Valid job offer from an Austrian employer
Minimum salary: €3,465 gross/month plus 13th/14th month payments
55+ points across education, experience, language, and age

Applicants are evaluated across multiple categories:

Education and professional qualifications
Work experience (domestic or international)
Language skills: German, English, French, Spanish, Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian
